Are you struggling with OCD? Uncontrollable Worry? Panic Attacks?

If you suffer from any of these, you probably feel like your symptoms control you and you are powerless to stop them. You may feel like your intrusive thoughts, compulsions, or worries are limiting your options in life or having a negative on your relationships at home, work, or school. Having OCD can be debilitating and is often misunderstood – even by medical doctors and therapists.

There is hope! Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies (CBT) like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are effective treatments for teaching those who struggle with unwanted thoughts and feelings the skills to handle them, so they have less influence over you. In my practice, I aim to use the most effective combination of these therapies to meet your individual needs. In our work together, I may suggest that you try new things that may pull you out of your comfort zone. The choice is always yours to accept or decline my suggestions.

My aim is for us to work together as a team, to help you be the sort of person you want to be and build the sort of life you want to have. Finding the right therapist for YOU is important to achieving good results. If at any time after becoming my client, you feel that I am not the right fit, I will help guide you to someone who might be. The most important thing is for you to get evidence-based treatment.

Please note that my practice only serves individuals 18 years old or older.
